Personalizing, Customizing and Engraving Policies - Please submit/upload the required photos, letters and other information that may be requested - BEFORE you place your Orders.  Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of all personalized information submitted (photos, names, messages, dates, etc.). By submitting them, you further agree to the customizing and personalizing processes performed on the product.  Please review your customizing and personalizing details carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the Customers. Photos and other Info materials will not be returned, after they are submitted. 

4. Shipping & Delivery -  We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for weather conditions, for delays, damages or losses caused by Carriers, or for Other Circumstances beyond our control.

5. Exchanges, Returns & Refunds - Due to the intricate work and personalized nature of our HANDMADE Products, due to the  reasonable prices given to All our Customers, due to the FREE SHIPPING and HANDLING, and FREE PERSONALIZATION and Other Likely Benefits granted to All our Customers, and  because we are not responsible for the ways and means by which the Shippers handle the Products,  all sales are final. 

6. Intellectual Property All designs, images, videos, graphics, literature and contents on this website are the exclusive property of the No Need To Talk.store and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission from the No Need To Talk.store.

7. Privacy Policy -  We collect only the information necessary to process your orders and improve your shopping experiences. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers), and/or when required by the proper Authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability  - No Need To Talk.store  shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
